The ATMA MANDIR is a very powerful place where many things within you can be brought back into balance and harmony. For example, the five elements and the planetary energies.
It is one of the rare Parihara Sthalam temples. These are not only places of peace and worship, but also of healing, liberation and resolution of all kinds of (karmic) issues.
Indian culture is ancient and people have always known how to balance certain aspects of their lives.
ATMA MANDIR is unique in its kind. There are only three other temples in the world (all in India) where all the Navagrahas (9 planets) and Nakshatras (27 birth stars) are present.

What is a Nakshatra?
The nakshatra, the moon is in at the time of your birth, is your birth star. We can calculate this for you in advance so that you can go straight to your birth star after having entered the temple. All we need is your name, date, place and time of your birth.
The Wish Crystal
This 1.2 ton naturally grown rock crystal has been in this beautiful spot since August 2017, framed by trees which are several metres high.
If you wish, you can lay your hands on it and make a wish for yourself, your country or the world, or just stay close to it, enjoy the peace and stillness and feel its immense power.

The lineage of the 18 Siddhas
This temple was built with the direct blessings of the Siddhas, especially Siddha Agastya, the first Siddha of mankind. "Siddha" means a person who has attained perfection, completion, enlightenment. The lineage of the 18 Siddhas originates from Tamil Nadu. The work of the Siddhas is primarily to keep the world and the universe in balance and to help people live healthy and fulfilled lives. All Siddhas are associated with the god Shiva. Either as his 'disciples' or as Shiva himself.

The Ilse Eickhoff Academy is a particularly powerful place for the unfolding of consciousness. The founder, Ilse Eickhoff, had an incredibly strong desire for this and deserves special thanks for the many fruitful seeds she has sown here long ago.
If you would like to experience your visit even more deeply, you can stay in one of the beautiful rooms that are located in the immediate vicinity of the temple (including delicious vegetarian cuisine on request).

9th temple anniversary
On the last weekend of August, we will celebrate the 9th birthday of our Soul Temple with some workshops, meditations and ceremonies. All interested parties are cordially invited. Akshaya Tritiya 2026
Akshaya Tritiya is an extremely sacred day. It promises good fortune and success, and is said to be free from all malefic effects. It is also the birthday of Nara-Narayana and Parashurama (incarnations of Vishnu). Puja begins at 11 am. Followed by a lunch buffet (€14 per person).

Chaitra Navratri 2026
In honour of the Divine Mother (Maa Durga), we will once again be celebrating Chaitra Navratri in 2026. An Abishekam ceremony and an Aarti will take place every day. The puja begins daily at 11 am. CHANGE: The puja on Wednesday 25 March will begin at 3 pm.

Morning Puja
Every morning Dominic performs a ceremony (Abishekam) in the temple, and you are welcome to join him.
Karma Shower
There is a very special ritual where you are given an abishekam with water from sacred Indian rivers – your physical karma is cleansed.
