From the beginning the plan of the universe
Although at first glance it appears to be a Hindu temple, the ATMA MANDIR has nothing to do with religion or any dogmatic system. It is a universal place of transformation!
Charging station for your being
The ATMA MANDIR is a very powerful place where many things within you can be brought back into balance and harmony. For example, the five elements and the planetary energies.
It is one of the rare Parihara Sthalam temples. These are not only places of peace and worship, but also of healing, liberation and resolution of all kinds of (karmic) issues.
Indian culture is ancient and people have always known how to balance certain aspects of their lives.
ATMA MANDIR is unique in its kind. There are only three other temples in the world (all in India) where all the Navagrahas (9 planets) and Nakshatras (27 birth stars) are present.
Look at the individual levels here:
Subramanya
...the second son of Shiva and Parvati, stands to the right of the Trimurti. He is the god of nature and symbolises strength, courage and enthusiasm. He stands for the good and the great.
Ganesha
...greets you at the entrance of the temple.
5 Elements (Pancha Bhootas)
Earth - Ether - Fire - Water - Air
9 Planets (Navagrahas)
...in personified celestial figures
27 Nakshatras
...each of the nine planets rules three nakshatras (lunar houses).
Hanuman
...stands for devotion and love, strength and will, skill and trust.
Nagaraja
...the Snake King represents Kundalini energy, infinity as well as materialism and time (life & death).
Kala Bhairava
...is an aspect of Shiva and represents time. He helps to overcome the fear of death and acts as a protector by destroying enemies such as greed, lust and anger.
Ganesha
...the first son of Shiva and Parvati stands again on the left side of the Trimurti.
The Trimurti
...symbolises the origin of all divine action in unity. The three aspects are interdependent and complementary.
Vishnu & Lakshmi
...as the principle of sustaining power
Shiva & Parvati
...as the principle of transformative power
Brahma & Saraswati
...as the principle of creative power

What is a Nakshatra?
The nakshatra, the moon is in at the time of your birth, is your birth star. We can calculate this for you in advance so that you can go straight to your birth star after having entered the temple. All we need is your name, date, place and time of your birth.
The Wish Crystal
This 1.2 ton naturally grown rock crystal has been in this beautiful spot since August 2017, framed by trees which are several metres high.
If you wish, you can lay your hands on it and make a wish for yourself, your country or the world, or just stay close to it, enjoy the peace and stillness and feel its immense power.
More crystals
The following is a brief introduction of the crystals on the property.

Youniversal Love Crystal

The lineage of the 19 Siddhas
This temple was built with the direct blessings of the Siddhas. "Siddha" means a person who has attained perfection, completion, enlightenment. The lineage of the 19 Siddhas originates from Tamil Nadu. The work of the Siddhas is primarily to keep the world and the universe in balance and to help people live healthy and fulfilled lives. All Siddhas are associated with the god Shiva. Either as his 'disciples' or as Shiva himself. The 19th Siddha of mankind, Sri la Sri Maga Ananda Sittar (photo), is currently incarnated in a physical body and is building a large, significant temple near Vellore (South India).
Ilse Eickhoff Academy
Here you can find yourself.
The Ilse Eickhoff Academy is a particularly powerful place for the unfolding of consciousness. The founder, Ilse Eickhoff, had an incredibly strong desire for this and deserves special thanks for the many fruitful seeds she has sown here long ago.
If you would like to experience your visit even more deeply, you can stay in one of the beautiful rooms that are located in the immediate vicinity of the temple (including delicious vegetarian cuisine on request).
